NEFI Education Foundation and QSC Launch Continuing Education Partnership

Initial Offering, Service Manager Peer Group Educational Program, Begins April 22

The NEFI Education Foundation and Quality Service Contractors (QSC), an enhanced service group of the Plumbing, Heating & Cooling Contractors (PHCC) National Association, are proud to announce the launch of their new Continuing Education Partnership.

The first program to be offered through this partnership will be a year-long Service Manager Peer Group Education Program, beginning April 22, 2025. The Peer Group will provide a monthly forum for service managers to exchange ideas, gain valuable business insights, drive sales, and create an environment of success.

Additional education programs will be developed over the coming months to meet the needs of NEFI members. Potential topics include business growth and success, customer service, peak financial performance, emotional intelligence, and others as requested. Course formats may be offered as single-session seminars/webinars, a series of Zoom meetings, or regularly scheduled round-tables, as best fits the topic. NEFI and QSC will consider all viable suggestions.

Registration for the Service Manager program is open to service managers at NEFI-member companies. Space is limited. Whenever possible, peer groups will be created of participants with similar skill sets, years of experience, and company size. Registration is open through March 24.
