Hudson Valley Oil & Energy Council Celebrates
Its 25th Annual Person of the Year Dinner Dance
(Newburgh, NY) The Hudson Valley Oil & Energy Council will hold its 25th Annual Person of the Year Dinner Dance on October 25, 2014. In celebration its 25th anniversary, instead of choosing one “Person of the Year,” the HVOEC will honor the work of six local charities and present each one with a donation of $2,000.00.
HVOEC represents and supports petroleum marketers in Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster and Dutchess Counties through training programs, consumer education, marketing support and issue advocacy. The charities to be recognized (one from each of the six counties) are: Sullivan County Federation for the Homeless, Putnam CAP, Family of Woodstock, Inc., Dutchess County SPCA, VISIONS Services for the Blind, and Safe Homes of Orange County. There are still multiple sponsorship opportunities available to show your support of the HVOEC and these charities.
The dinner will be held at Anthony’s Pier Nine in New Windsor, New York. For information on tickets, sponsorships and the souvenir journal, contact Christina Vazquez at (845-691-6246 or christina@vaz-co.com), or go to http://www.hudsonvalleyoilandenergycouncil.com/person-of-the-year.php.
