EcoEngineers, a quality assurance firm that recently worked with Oil & Energy on a highly informative article on the auditing of RINs (Renewable Identification Numbers), will host a seminar later this month on the new Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) rules. The event, called RIN Academy 2014, takes place Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2014, in Des Moines, Iowa.
EcoEngineers will bring together more than 15 industry experts to discuss a variety of issues pertaining to RINs, which are energy credits developed by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to monitor compliance with the RFS rules created by the Energy Policy Act of 2005.
