Tremcar USA to Host Grand Opening
On September 19, truck builder Tremcar USA will celebrate the grand opening of its newly upgraded, eight-bay service center in Strasburg, Ohio. Tremcar leaders are eager to highlight their investment in the industrial park that first welcomed them in 2004. The company has decided to open its factory doors for the occasion. Customers and friends of Tremcar are invited to commemorate the day, with factory visits beginning at 4:00 p.m. followed by a cocktail hour at 5:00 p.m.
This year has been a positive one for Tremcar’s growth. The company invested over $1 million to expand the service building and optimize its current production line. With the newly upgraded facility, Tremcar USA will increase its DOT 406 aluminum tank production output by 50 tanks per year and, at the same time, upgrade its service efficiency.
According to Daniel Tremblay, president of Tremcar Inc., “The time has come to increase our service and production capacity in the United States. Tremcar USA is expanding its Strasburg, Ohio facility by developing an extra 10,000 square feet of manufacturing and tank servicing surface area.”
The total investment equals over $1 million and will create 20 jobs in Ohio’s Tucsawaras County. Annie Tremblay, executive vice president for Tremcar USA and part owner of Tremcar assets with her brother Daniel, is eager to meet with partners and friends for the grand opening. “We are happy to invest in the region and create more jobs,’’ she says.
